Cedar Fire/Steven Rucker Staff Ride

For the past 10 years, two OM&F colleagues have coordinated a staff ride for the Steven Rucker fatality that occurred on the 2003 Cedar Fire.  The event is sponsored by the San Diego County Fire Training Officers Association and each May approximately 50 local firefighters are given the opportunity to learn lessons from what occurred on that incident as well as the 1956 Inaja Fire which burned in the same area.
